Fist, the mattress:
Excellent quality, quite firm with good support with a gentle soft pillow top that is not overly thick or squishy.
I am a funky, organic earthy sort of gal and am very sensitive to chemicals, petroleum so am very aware of materials etc.
I wanted a coil mattress, am not a fan of memory foam and don't want to sleep on weird chemicals gels.
You should have a minimum of 400 coils for support a d this has 600 luxury coils.
There is a thin layer of cool memory foam on top and a cotton covering. The mattress is solid, beautiful and is very well made. Believe it or not, it has a happy energy to it.
This mattress is eco friendly with wood slats from a sustainable forest, it does emit any toxic odors and is beautiful and well made.
The mattress was made on March 26, when I ordered it per the label on it.
